  • I'm an emotional eater, among other things. Really, you just need to keep yourself occupied. Reading, or going out for a walk, or talking to someone on the phone are things I can't do if I'm stuffing my face. 630 am shifts would be nigh on impossible for me to go exercising before work, but maybe if I had the chance I'd go…
  • I started today. Beat my butt good too lol
  • I lost 100 lbs 10 years ago as a teenager. My weight fluctuates but I've never gained more than 60 pounds of those ( pregnancies and such ) I made a few appointments for setting up a surgery, but I took a long look at myself and talked into the mirror as to WHY I wanted to do it. It all added up to vanity, long story…
  • I personally never do warm ups and go straight to the sets, no cardio since i usually save that for after lifting. When I took a week or 10 days off, (because I was out of town) I started back on what I did the previous workouts.
  • I have this problem, currently I use my bed for leverage lol That will work until I go back to work from maternity leave and get my free gym membership <3
  • Currently reading Under the Net by Iris Murdoch. I'll add you on Goodreads!! :D I'm me : http://www.goodreads.com/user/show/5871159-liz
  • I had an extra 30 lbs on after the 8 I gained with my son. Although I'm not really interested in losing weight, my body is still yuck so I'm exercising , eating right and trying not to rely on any numbers but how I feel about my body =) You're a different person after children, you body will show it even if you're skinny.
  • I had it everyday for breakfast when I was pregnant last year, can't touch it anymore. The same jar is sitting in my kitchen, I really need to throw it out.
  • Are these exercises the only exercises ? You just add weight as you go instead of changing exercises? My computer wouldn't let me download the PDF, claiming it could be unsafe, and I've been seaching online for a week now for answers.
  • I am female, 5'5 and a wrist circumference of 5.75 inches, so I guess I'm small framed. Ideal is 117 lbs - 130 lbs with my goal weight being 125 I'm fitting pretty snug. However it's always been very difficult for me to keep at 125 lbs and 130 always makes me feel so bad.
  • A week and a half is too soon to expect big changes, especially since you've already lost some weight. Keep doing what you believe you should do ( because it's all up to you in the long run ) and you'll get where you want to be.
  • Female 5'5 Age 22 SW 165 CW 134 GW 125 Workout 4-6 days a week varies between a low 1100- 1400-1550
  • Love it!! I wanna save this for my hard days! :)
  • Living on an island has some benefits, but food, especially fruit and non local vegetables like avocado kill my bank account. One grapefruit for $1.29 CDN are you kidding me? I want a bag of fries and gravy crisps instead !! That being said, I haven't eaten fast food since February and my wallet is gaining weight, while…
  • Ugh.. this question has really been stomping on me these past few days! I really DON'T know where I want to be, that's my problem :(
  • I had extremely low blood pressure after losing a ton of weight too in 2006/2007. However I was put on medication for it ( don't ask what name, I really can't remember ) After I while, I opted out of medication and tried wingin' it on my own. A handful of peanuts would help whenever I felt light headed, dizzy or just blah.…
  • The weeks I drop all hydrates besides water, I lose more. I really don't count coffee as water, usually because it's NOT water, it's COFFEE. Perhaps I rely on grammar more.
  • Honestly don't have a direct answer for you, but I struggled with that my entire life. Right now, I say to myself " You've gotta eat something, you're not a robot" and wing it.
  • I didn't know who to ask, but always appreciate the help :) Thanks!
  • Thank you!
  • Everyone thinks they're an expert, nobody pays $50k to go to school to actually become one these days.Everyone's enrolled in "Google University "
  • Can't say I'm going to be much help here. But I've really been struggling within myself over taking over Paleo, and stinking to my "I'm never going to diet again" promise. That being said, perhaps you should ease yourself into Paleo, and not dive headfirst into something you're probably not gonna do for the rest of your…
  • The red crushed pepper.. that's like.. the actual red pepper bell, or some spice I don't know about? Sorry, I am a noob :s
  • I'll be finishing the first phase by July 7th. So far, it's alright. I completed 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 prior to this DVD set, but I think I'm only sweating more due to the warmer weather. I'm not losing any inches or weight from it, but decided to stay with it anyway. Definitely want to hear another's story! edit :…
  • I work out whenever my two babies nap, which is usually only in the mid afternoon. After all, you can always do chores when they're awake and pleasant. I sacrifice my nap, television, endless scrolling through facebook and reading time to exercise. It'll be worth it.
  • I had that problem when I was fifteen and lost 100 pounds. I've been working on it, but with weight gain and two babies, seven years after I lost all that weight I still have the loose skin. Now, my mission is simple, burn the fat with cardio but with ALOT of strength training as well, drink water as main fluid,…
  • Well.. I had two babies in 2012, and am always tired. You really have to sacrifice things when you have children, like tv time, reading alone, sleep. Take any good opportunity you can to exercise and try to prepare your meals while your baby sleeps.
  • About two weeks for me. But I like them, tastes so yummy like cabbage!!! Mmmmmm!
  • I was over weight for most of my childhood and was bullied from 2nd- 5th grade until I started homeschooling. The bullying left me with a pretty bad eating disorder and a broken spirit. I'm very distrusting of people at 22 and spend most of my days alone because of it. Taking it all in stride now, life is what it is!
