So i lost 11lbs on mfp through May/June eating 1200/1300 cals a day and exercising but eating back my cals. through July we moved house and it was a busy time and i went back to normal eating and no exercising. However i didn't gain any weight, a lb if that, but as i lost a lb a week before, i was pretty pleased. Anyway now i'm trying to get back into the swing of things for the last week and a half, and began working out again, and i haven't lost anything, maybe 0.25 of a lb which was probably just fluctuation from the time of day.
I'm a bit surpised as when i began dieting before i lost 3lbs in the first week. any tips or reasons? do i just need to be more patient?

A week and a half is too soon to expect big changes, especially since you've already lost some weight. Keep doing what you believe you should do ( because it's all up to you in the long run ) and you'll get where you want to be.0
