Hi I do believe that you have to mesure that for your needs most people uses 20 or less to keto and loosing and some others more active up to 50 .

I had to stop cold turkey my carbs , now I do not get the cravings and no more binges ,. two weeks in atkins induction and I believe I am getting out of the carb addiction no desire to binge in tuna or chicken :)

I am having more trouble making the carbs , I do eat creamcheese and is high calorie and beef and regular cheese and the eggs with butter instead of pam , you can friend me and check my diary tomorrow will be my 14 day and I feel super good I might continue for one more week ,

I cook all the time and I like to prep mady different dishes and yes you can log the recipe just do it one time and name it and will be saved in your recipes , is very good for me to cook we do like good food ,that is not expensive that is clean and delish , the best way is cook yourself,

You can find better deals and more quality ; Labrada is one of them many other brands they do not have coaches and other people trying to profit , nothing wrong with that but for me is hard to pay more, not for the actual value of the product but for the people that are selling and advertising .

I do workout in the gym most days and I do log everyday also you can find a group they are here .

I got a plan from a personal trainer out of Bodybuilding.com he taylored a strenght and cardio program and also a diet with it m when good but I left it because I had surgery and I am just trying to go back , friend me and I can share if you want

You can get out of that , You have control and we all have ups and downs but you can turn things around take small steps , be kind to yourself see all the good that you have ,
