  • I found wearing a fitbit is faily good for calories estimation, but normally I just enter aerobics, high impact, and its never far off. For the recovery day, I do a pilates log... works well, just need to get my food logging more accurate, as I know I underestimate at times,.. technically cheating!! lol
  • When you get rid of your old wardrobe, and buy new clothes!!! :-)
  • Ill give the unscientific explanation... If your feeding is 3 times a day, and the final meal is 1200 calories just after you work out, the muscle growth will result and the negative calories later in the day will feed off fat, all bodies are different. But just cause you should have had 3000 calories in a day and you only…
  • If you miss a day then pick it up the next day as if you never missed it. The same applies to any other day, if your not happy with results at the end, try the whole programme again! starting Day 1....
  • Ive been doing insanity for 21 days, never missed a day and done it to schedule, I made sure I was in better shape than when I would have started losing weight and never started till I felt comfortable with the program expectations of 6 days a week. I say go for it, push yourself, safely. I still have to stop for moments…
  • Had mine since April... its only as good as your are honest. Idea is you log your food here, activities on Endomondo and fitbit, monitors general activity levels. At the end of the day, some need it others dont, and others love gadgets. Its very accurate, and nothing wrong with the sleep recording, just dont buy the ultra,…
  • I just say, im not half way there yet! ... :-) Long way to go!
  • If you feel up to it, fine, when you start out, just dont over do it, else you will quickly hurt and put yourself off going! Lifestyle is more important than intensity... be honest, can you keep it up?
  • Im on everyday... best app/website for weightloss in my opinion. Keeps me on top of my game, even when im letting it go at the time... it reminds me... necessary or nice? lol
  • was weighing myself each morning... stopped that... as it got me down at times, when it went up. eventually got some new scales that work, whacked them on the solid floor too. Makes all the difference, I used to get on the old ones on the softer floor upstairs and they could vary by over 3lb each time i stood on them. The…
  • Record all food before eating, and dont go over your calorie allowance... if your hungry increase allowance, but try to give it some structure... Will power is in your hands... but give yourself and achievable goal...
  • weigh your food for a week, see how accurate your portion estimates have been ... you may surprise yourself... normally rice and potatoe's
  • I dont have cheat days, but I have had off days like this weekend. I have been ill and as the old saying goes feed a cold, but starve a fever. So I ate, a little more than normal but still counted the calories, apart from the cough sweets, to help my very bad throat and chest. This weekend, no loss, no gain, disappointed,…
  • I have been wearing my 34" recently... 36" are getting baggy as hell... well done mate!
  • It takes a years of putting weight on, and you expect to lose it in 6 weeks... no such thing as a crash diet... just a crash... take your time, and learn about how to eat properly, eventually your weight will equalise out if you cant diet then get active... You need to make some life changes,... and not a crash diet,…
  • im 12.7% down from recorded highest... 18st 7lb, target is 22.7% need to get to 14st 4lb ... which could be pushing it a little... lol, I think I will be so overjoyed at the results by 15st, that I will stop ... lol
  • I had a two week stability but since then it has been dropping off nicely. It actualy works out at the 2lb per week average I was hoping for but my muscle tone is much better too. I have abs, although they are still hidden behind some fat. Keep momentum and try not to change too much, desperation often leads to failure,…
  • Martial arts is a great work out, but it will trim you up, are you finding your clothes looser fitting, and boxing too, its good for working up a sweat, so while you may not be losing weight, you will be feeling better, and looking better. Muscle is more dense than fat, so while you may weigh the same, your muscle takes up…
  • We are very imperial... lol
  • I agree with Tricia, with WW, you eat a lot of their branded food, with MFP, you learn what you normally eat translates into calories and adjust portion sizes to reflect and generally eat more healthy and once you realise this is where you went wrong its can be easier to maintain. However if like me you binge eat chocolate…
  • From Redditch just down the M42, feel free to add me! :-)
  • Cheers, I have just brought a fitbit after saying I wasnt, I will wait for it to be delivered, which could take a couple more days, but I think it could be the motivation to remind me im having a lazy day, it can be all too eacy sometimes to just do nothing. Something is always better than nothing... Gald your able to stop…
  • A show standard 97 Fiat Coupe 20v Turbo, in pale blue. With Zender Bodykit, chipped, modded, and lowered. Loved that car, So Very Very fast... like over 160 fast... took your breath away and most of the porsche's it met along its way! For only 4k... Awesome, and it sounded just as awesome too. Fast and furious here I come!!
  • Add me... still need motivation!! x
  • INteresting my BP was 120/66 last week... appears that this keeping busy and working out is having a very good effect on reducing my unhealthy lifestyle. Also my press up exhaustion test led to 75 consequtive press ups, followed closely by 60, then 50. The following day I only managed 68 but this was still a good effort…
  • Hi Guys, interesting that you are all doing this, I started on 14th Feb, I did some tough weeks, but I can push out 49 consequtive. The progress to get there was really good, im finding it hard to kick on from there at the moment. Any motivational thoughts on this one. I weigh far too much and it might just naturally get…
