I also work nights (7pm-530am) and like squirrelygirl I log anything past midnight on the current day rather than the previous day.

I use cytosport Muscle Milk and their 100% whey. I take the whey after I workout with water and the muscle milk before bed with almond milk.

My typical breakfast 1 cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal 190 cal 1 cup Silk Pure Almond All Natural Almondmilk 60cal 3 Hard Boiled Egg Whites (No Yolk) 51cal Cara Cara Orange 80cal Total: 381cal The orange can really be any fruit just depends on what I bought at Costco that week.

I log it. On my cheat days I still stay within my calorie goal I just trade some healthy foods for unhealthy foods.

BMR - 2,335 Goal - 1940 I try and maintain a 500 calorie deficiency 5 days a week and eat to my goal the other 2. I've lost an average of 2 lbs a week since I started using MFP.

I just bought and love the FT7 from Polar for $75 at amazon. I use if for running and lifting at the gym and it does a great job and the chest strap will automatically link with most newer cardio machines.

I love it! It's a great workout about 45 min long and all cardio for the most part.
