been working on my swimming the last few months, but this last 3 weeks been getting hard core about it. Bad knee so this is a great way to get back in shape. Have done 5 1/2 miles in 5 days. I love it.

If it is deep enough water and you can tread well start doing modified kicks, punches, breast stroke (arms only) and what ever makes you feel like you are working. I was having some issues with my B12 so now I am doing a medical weight lose program were I recieve vitamin B12 shots once a month and medication to help with appitite suppression.
