We wear our helmets without fail. I don't feel it at all and i'd rather be safe than sorry. stay safe !

if you can get Yasso frozen greek yogurt pops there try them. Raspberry, strawberry, blueberry. 70 calories and they are huge. good for protein too.

i eat 1/4 cup every morning as a snack - fat free small curd - sometimes with a small teaspoon of fruit jam for flavor

I generally finish my workout around 7 pm and have dinner and 2 snacks right up to bedtime about 10 pm - if i don't eat at night before bed i wake up super early too hungry to sleep - i'm losing 2 lbs a week so it's working OK for me so I agree with just hitting your calories in / calories out for the day but everybodys…
