Unfortunately, I have not found an active WFPB or Vegan group. I am did send you a friend request, but I am not quite WFPB - I would like to... I just have a hard time keeping vegan junk food out of my life.

Consistency IS KEY, but that is so hard. I know we aren't here for the easy road... so I get it. I do think hearing the word consistency makes me cringe. I suck at consistency with anything... the only thing I am consistent with is being inconsistent.

This spoke to my core. This year I am the fattest I have ever been, but also the first year I wear crop tops outside of my house. I now feel like I have high enough self esteem to try and lose weight, because I realize weight isnt the problem. My mind is.

I agree! I cannot buy things and not eat them. I have worked hard at not putting them in my cart at the grocery store telling myself- I live walking distance to a convenience store, so if I have to leave my house and go there when I want a snack- the chances are I wont. Sometimes I do, but its super rare.

I think noticing depends on the weight you have to lose. If you only have 20 lbs to lose you will notice it sooner, but if you have a substantial amount you will notice it later.
