I do hairdressing 2 days a week, about 8-10 hrs. I still will get up early and go walking for exercise, to log it in. I have thought about seeing my steps, but havent, I figure we are all moving around somehow during the day. If your just coming back to it, maybe it is a good way to get your exercise in.

I agree, up the protein, it will fill you. Give away the sweets in the house or dump them. try tea with honey, hot ovaltine, tsp. coolwhip, that works for me. good luck!

Try to stay away from white carbs. Eat carbs like fruit and veggies! If I eat pizza or pasta, even though it is a good portion size , the scale will go up at least 2 pounds the next day.
