I still haven't figured out how to add friends on here. I enjoy looking at other people's diaries for ideas. I have an open diary and a 1220 calorie allowance.

    Added you. Anyone else can also add me if they want an open diary ( I had 4 days off from tracking, maybe 5 - like 3 days ago because I was sick but other than that,) I track every day . I eat around 1300 cals a day
