I cannot figure out how people stay at 20g carbs, I've been struggling to stay below 50g but then again I know I should pay more attention to net carbs and MFP doesn't track this.

I'm proud of you!!! I know how hard this all is and I'm glad you are keeping track.....as for me I need to get a scale and a tape measure to keep better track. Anything you are eating differently?

I'm not alone! That helps a lot, sugar is my weakness. Even when I think I make a good choice, it still has a load of sugar. Good info in this thread, thanks
