Greetings fellow weight conscious friends

I'm new to the site and need advice on a good beginning workout plan. I have access to my gym at work so I plan to do about 30-40 reps on all of the machines when I do go (Tue/Th) but that seems a bit general. My problem areas are my tummy, back, arms and inner thighs. If I could slim and tone all of those with a good plan, that would work perfectly for me. Does anyone have any recommendations to do so, that don't cost money. I'm trying to do this by myself and in an effort to save money. My family has a history of diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol and I'd like not to be a victim of any of those.

Anyway, I'll try to sign on a lot. But please, let me know if you have any suggestions. Thx :flowerforyou:

    I have found that walking is the best excersise EVER, it tones your legs and slims your waist. I also carry hand weights to tone my upper arms.

    Thank you that's helpful! Right now I've been doing the elliptical and treadmill twice a week and also strength training.
