Don't get discouraged. As long as you're faithfully sticking to your program, your body has to adjust to your new weight. Give it time, you can't lose everyday. Don't worry, you'll be a beautiful bride.:flowerforyou:

Hi! I joined January 30th. I"ve lost 23 1/2 lbs. This program (MFP) has really been a help. I"ve never cheated on my diet. For some, weighing everyday might be what they need. But I try to weigh once a week, because body weight fluctuates so much from day to day. Usually in a week it seems the true weight shows. No, I don't eat them, but I do let my 10 calorie coffee mate creamers and my 2 1/2 calorie sugarless gum go towards them. That way I don't record calories for them.

I decided not to get rid of clothes this time. I need some of those size markers they have on clothing stores racks, since I have clothes from size 12-20. I really want to be a 14. :blushing:

I was on Prednisone in the past for a few months and it never made me gain. I was also on a diet then. I watched carefully. I was afraid it might make me gain, but it didn't.
