I have been "plateaued" for two months now, lost 20lbs..... I want more..... sw-205lbs cw-185lbs goal- 170lbs I'm pretty stressed and discouraged right now and it seems I am only maintaining. Any help or motivation would be much appreciated. Bill :glasses: (good luck all you can do it)

Lots of good info here, I have been hitting the treadmill for about two weeks now, I would very much like to find a 5k in my area this fall and hit the road. Thanks for the tips. I shall put them to good use

Well, since I work 3 to 12mid I find it easy to run before work. Try to find that inner strength and desire to just do it baby. Get a support group or person who can help hold you accountable.

I have 2-3 cups in the morning with creamer and another in the afternoon or an energy drink (15cal) or 5hr energy. I just included as part of my caloric intake for the day. You could try to wean yourself off.... if you figure this out let me know.....lol.... I tried unsuccessfully. All the other posts have some good…

Go to Amazon.com and get the book "His Needs, Her Needs" it will enlighten anyone interested in learning the top five needs (not wants) in a man/woman, marital relationship. I have reccomended this book to dozens of people. It is easy reading with many stories as examples explaining each of the needs that need to be met.…

I used to drink Starbucks everyday, or close to it, until I realized (MFP) how many empty calories there were in the sugar drinks. Now I get a skinny latte 120 calories or just plain coffee with 2% milk. I can think of much better things to use my calories on than this. Works for me. Let me know if this helps. Good luck in…

I'm gonna be 50 in Nov and I am a bit anxious about it. I have lost 20 lbs since feb but now I seem to have hit a plateau. I workout 3-4x a week with cardio included for 15-25 min Am I missing something? Any advice will be greatly appreciated
