Options
I've been using MFP on and off for a couple of years but the last three weeks I've taken to it seriously.

So far I've lost 10.9lbs in the last three weeks by exercising, cutting out junk food, counting my calories and cutting out alcohol.

Really chuffed with my progress so far. Body Fat and BMI also down.

Do a lot of cycling so that helps. Wanted to lose the weight to help on the hill climbs.

    Great work! I like to ride my bike! But only on nice days. When we lived in California, I rode my bike e era where! To the bank, to the doctors, to the market, etc... Now, in Ohio, nice days won't be back for another 3 months.

    At the top of this page where it says: .Home > Recent Posts > My Topics > Setting > Search click on "Settings" and check the box and hey presto!
