I gained a stone over 5 weeks. Got 6lbs off of it this week. A lot will have been water weight but still good to get it off again!

classes and sports!! i hate running and walking as its boring but ill run round a sports field because i love it. gym classes are also a great way to motivate you and push you to doing your best as other people are around lol

i know people who use tins/cans of vegetables/baked beans instead of weights. its saves them having to pay a fortune to go to the gym or buy their own weights! but other have said, as well as using weights there are plenty of other exercises :)

i drink 2 a day, im currently following a personal trainers meal plan so high protein. i use phd diet whey belgium chocolate, and is delicious. tastes like a thick chocolate milkshake!! really depends on your goals, how much protein you are looking to get into your diet and how much you are comfortable getting through…

i know i can do it!! i think the fact that i have given a deadline will help- i will do this- i've been doing this and have been losing weight and feeling better for it and i know i can do it-- that is also going to help keep me going :)

what about sports? i hate the gym and road running, however give me a football or hockey pitch and i run for miles on it!

eating only bananas- not good... can lead to an overdose in potassium- which can be fatal- yes, i am being serious- learnt that during my sports science degree!!! so DON'T DO IT!!

thanks for your input, however as i said, my primary use for them is for the caffeine boost rather than for any fat burning properties, however if they actually helped, thats gotta be a plus. your post is not helpful in any way,
