Thanks! I suppose my use of "bulk" may have been used in the wrong context. I suppose I feel larger than I'm wanting to. Im taking the advice and looking at my whole workout and diet .....its possible its water, or I may need to adjust my diet more. My weight loss and fitness is all about ME! I want to be the person that when I walk by ppl go...I want to look like that...instead of me saying it about them. Maybe shallow, but to each its own :drinker:

I am 5'4" and my heaviest weight was 252lbs....I am currently at 129lbs ...I haven't been able to figure out how to download pictures to show my before and after......can someone help me with that?

You will be surprised at how accepting the guys are in the weight room. I was so scared at first.....then I just said one day to a couple of the guys who I noticed were there every day....Help a sister out.....dont be so scary.....they didn't even realize women thought about it that way....so they were much more inviting…

I was stuck at 150-160 for about 2 1/2 years....started weight training 5 months ago and have lost almost 20 lbs but have went from womens size 11/12 to a juniors size 6....even put on a pair of American Eagle size 4 this weekend...weight lifting has given me great results and I love it!

I have had the same problem.....but I did hang up a picture of myself....and it did help me realize how much I have changed and all my hard work has paid off.

A lifestyle change doesn't happen over night......and try not to be so hard on yourself :-) .....we all stumble .....and when you do just pick yourself up...dust yourself off.....and start again! You will never fail if you just keep trying! Smile, because you are at least making more of an effort them some people, at least…

I too work in the legal field....so try sitting on an exercise ball instead of your regular office chair...works your core all day long :-) Feel free to add me...motivation is hard to keep up....but when you have people supporting you ...motivation and hard work is addicting :-)

I love being a fun-sized chic...may was good for me..lost 4 lbs but toned up more finished my first 8 weeks of weight lifting..im addicted love it!
