At the weekend stew some apples with a hand full of raisons and some cinnamon and have that cold with some fat free Greek yogurt. Yummy. Also I really like to scramble an egg with some spring onions (takes 2 minutes) and have it in a soft tortilla with some salsa.... Oh yeah!

I would find it very hard to not have alcohol in my life! I love wine, but it goes down to easily so I try and stick to vodka, soda and fresh lime on a night out...in a tall glass so there is more soda water and it last longer! Definitely would be better all round if I could resist drinking altogether - it definitely leads…

Another Londoner here...I eat real food.....and I try not to eat bad food. And I try to exercise...try is the operative word here! Add me!
