So although I only just started my journey, I have my first NSV today. A shirt I love is no longer too tight to wear.
I know everyone on MFP will experience this, so it must be old hat to most, but it was a great way to start my day today.

Wonderful!! Sometimes the littlest things can really fuel the willpower! I have a closet full of clothes that are screaming "pick me"....all in due time!0
