I'm a P.A. and you have your information pretty spot on, except for splitting the time release pills. Don't do that, ever, with any TR meds! It defeats the purpose of the coating they use in order to make it a TIME RELEASED med... so instead, you are digesting the FULL dosage. Either get lower dose REGULAR pills to take…

Depending on your current body stats, that could be a healthy loss (congrats!), but if all you are doing is cardio then you are more than likely losing mostly muscle (which will slow down your metabolism) instead of mostly fat. Simple solution, get a body composition test and a Basel Metabolic Rate test done to find out…

But again, if you are burning that many calories in daily activities, there is absolutely no need for you to go to the gym for hours every night! Also, you would literally be starving yourself with that calorie deficit. One pound of fat is 3500 calories, one pound of muscle is 660 calories, therefore you should be losing…

Devil Inside!!!! I couldn't sleep for like 2 weeks haha. I'm a religious person so those things are real to me...and I'm a huge baby when it comes to scary movies. But seriously, its a great scary movie.

Great post! It actually can be healthy and more resourceful if you exercise without eating breakfast first! Instead of your body burning the calories you ate at breakfast, it will be burning the stored calories, which can be much more effective in losing body fat. Just make sure you fuel up after a workout!

Im 23 and you are more than welcome to add me!

Right after your workout is the best time. Muscles are made of protein and they need to be replenished after a good workout. It will help keep you from getting sore and prolongs your energy. They are also great as a snack! But I prefer mixing them with water for a snack, fewer calories. I save milk for after the gym!

You can definitely eat a bit more! And it is a good idea to take a break from phentermine every once in awhile. Its in the amphetamine family so it can actually become addictive if used for longer than 8 weeks at a time. Your body will slowly build up a resistance to the drug so you might find it more effective if you take…

I wonder how many calories the 22 mins burns. Do you guys think it would be accurate to use it as aerobics?

Thanks so much everyone! I definitely am not trying to lose too quickly, mostly because I know you are more likely to keep the weight off if it's lost at a slow rate. I will definitely be looking into starting weight training asap!!!

I measure just about everything! You can definitely eye the measurements if you think you have a realistic view. But higher calorie foods like pasta, chips and candy I would definitely measure. You can buy tiny baggies and make your own servings!

I was so skeptical about trying them, I don't like the ones that are supposed to taste like meat...but they pure veggie ones are pretty good. You just put them on a paper towel and microwave for like 2 mins. Otherwise pretzels, a cheese wedge and grapes keep me pretty satisfied. Special K cracker chips are flipping…

Hey! I have really been hooked on veggie burgers. One Morning Star Garden Vegetable patty on a bun is 220 calories, I like to add romaine and a little mustard! What calorie range are you looking at?

Hey! I was doing WW right out of high school, and it did work pretty well. Its a really great program for teaching you the basics of being healthy and the support you get is unbelievably motivating. I have struggled with my weight my entire life, and have recently found that permanent "power from within" to do it right…
