Low fat string cheese, greek yogurt, fruit, vegtables, kashi cereal, bananas, skim milk, lean cuisine frozen meals. This is my food until dinner every single day.0

Oranges, apples, bananas for my snack items. Chicken and pork for my meat. Milk and generic cheerios for breakfast. Everything else is just throw whatever we have together and go.0

Shopping around outsides of the grocery store, trying to avoid the isles....I only let myself get 2 things from the isle: Special K and Wheat Thins...Keeps me from getting too much processed stuff. Sometimes i'll get the pre-cooked chicken in the freezer section, but I don't really count that hehe. Anyway: right now I'm really into making salads all kinds: so Lettuce, tomatoe, avocado, cheese (variety) cucumber, almonds, strawberries, blueberries, eggs, black beans(taco salad) etc.0

Cucumbers, tomatoes, baby carrots, reduced fat feta cheese, frozen grilled-and-ready chicken strips (b/c I'm lazy and those are ready after 90 seconds in the microwave LOL), frozen salmon, frozen veggies that steam in the bag, peanut butter, apples, eggs and egg beaters, low-cal bread (either Sara Lee 45 cal or Natures Own 40 cal), veggie burgers, low-cal tortillas/wraps, various canned veggies, 100-calorie popcorn, yogurt, bananas, almond milk (for protein smoothies), sugar free jello cheesecake mix (also for smoothies :-) ), and something to make water not taste like water. LOL0
