Load up on extra vegetables and increase your protein, your body may need it if your in the gym 3-4times a week, plus hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!!! Good luck!!!!!!

I have never tried it but many ppl go for beef or turkey jerky, they say it's very filling and helps the salt cravings......

I have the same issue, for me eating every couple of hours does the trick, a yogurt or some fruit or almonds in between meals, or a cup of light soup or low fat cheese stick, and lots of water with lemon and limes squeezed in, or herbal tea, if I go too long withou eating something I find that I feel more hungry and less…

It is normal, frustrating, nut normal,lol. Don't weigh daily, try fr once a week, but don't only use scale as a guide for weight loss, it's not all about the scale.............I have a very hard time with this myself!!!!!
