  • What a positive post. You WILL succeed in your weight lostt quest with an attitude like that. Congratulations!
  • Oh ya, potato chips call my name as I walk the isles of the grocery store. It doesn't matter where in the store I am, those chip displays are all over and I just have to pick up a bag. I'm guilty of opening them in the car and eating them on the ride home. Yesterday, after opening and eating them on the drive home, when I…
  • Congratulations! I felt the same elation when I lost my 30 pounds.
  • Do you have a Runners World near you? They have a very informed staff and sell a wide variety of shoes. $150.00 is about the average price.
  • Mine is public too. Check it out. I'm going to follow suit and check out others so I can get more food ideas.
  • All I can say is WOW! Keep up the good work!

I started here 3 months ago. I weighed in at 143. Today, I weighed 120. I've lost a total of 23 pounds, hoping to drop the last 8 within…

  • Thanks you guys. I did reset my goals, it kept my caloric intake at 1200 calories. When I did my BMR, it dropped me down to 1155 calories. So, should I eat 1200 calories? or stay at 1155 calories?
  • When I checked in this morning, it mentioned because of my significant weight loss I should recalculate my nutrition and exercise goals. I didn't answer because I'm not sure what that is going to do to me. Will it give me additional calories to eat AND add additional exercise to my daily routine?
