has anyone ever had this come up?
MFP suggested I change my goals because I've lost more than 10 lbs and my weight has changed, the calories are 50 less than before, because I weigh less does that mean I have to eat less calories??

Yes, you'll either have to consume less calories or burn more calories.
It all boils down to calories in/calories out. Burn more than you consume and you'll lose weight.0
