    I haven't been able to figure out how to make it public but when I do I will make it so because I'd love feedback on it!

    To change it, go into settings and then diary settings, you can change it there

    Mine is public. I follow the South Beach Diet, so it might give you a feel for what it's like to be on my diet. I am in phase 1 by the way (no fruit, bread, pasta, rice, sugar). Phase 2 has more variety, also I feel just fine with my food choices right now too! I hope this helps :drinker:
