if you dont have a cheat day you will go crazy!!! thats how i see it. give yourself a treat one day a week but don't over indulge. if this is really what you what you will be able to get back on the wagon and keep going! good luck!

Just go at what you feel comfortable at first, if you don't want to do what the instructor is doing then dont just sit there and peddle but always keep your legs moving! its fun..sure it hurts at first but then you get use to it! have fun let me know how you like it!

when is started my weight loss journey, i started out doing zumba,, i personally did lose weight doing it! added some other class such as spinning, boot camps and just about every other class my gym offered including weight lifting..plus zumba is fun!

you will do great!! and it helps to have a good support system, ive lost 92 pounds in the last year n a half, and wouldn;'t have been able to do it if i didn't have the support system that i do!

Congrats!!! i was int he same boat, i was using beach towels instead of regular towels for a long time, now i can finally use a regular towel with no gaps! its the best feeling!! good for you! keep at it!
