60lbs gone....posting to motivate others *With Pic*

So I see a lot of people on here that have been looking for motivation and support on the threads, and I can never respond to everyone to let them know...YOU CAN DO IT!

The "after" (really my halfway pic) is from March but I want everyone to know that it can be done the healthy, and safe way. You just have to believe in yourself and know that you are absolutely worth it!

I also have a Facebook fitness page that I post recipes, motivation and tips on that everyone is welcome to "like". I have turned my journey into a passion to help other people in any way that I can. Feel free to add me on here and on FB! I love meeting new people and helping them right their own success stories!
