Haven't updated the picture in a while. 30 lbs lost at that point and didn't think there was a difference so my friend told me to do a side by side picture. Then I could see it. Long way to go but down 40lbs at this point. Christmas was a struggle but I'm back on track.

I would consider above my normal comfort zone in the $25 to $30 range and expensive for me is above $30. I am the opposite. I find it totally motivating! I know they lose a lot but are watched 24 hours a day by doctors and trainers. I see the changes they achieve and it makes me want to try. I know I will not see the same results but it shows me what I can do over a longer period of time :happy:

I am proud of my self for logging my food today. I did great and had lost 40 lbs last year and have since gained 19 lbs back :sad: I have been procrastinating stepping on the scale but I did yesterday and today I logged my food and am making a step in the right direction! YAY me!

your weight can fluctuate 4 or 5 lbs a day doing nothing. try not to weigh your self every day or you are going to drive your self crazy. I try to do once a week or once every two weeks

Do your self a favor and get a meat thermometer. A big mistake people make its way over cooking their meat. You will find you have much better results this way. My standard go to chicken for wraps and salads is just salt, peppers and a generous amount of garlic powder.

Trying doing your weigh in on Mondays. Then you may be more motivated to stay on track. I find it helps if I have healthy meals planned a head and snacks divided up into servings. Good luck.

I got back on track! I have not been tracking my food since the beginning of July as with summer so busy and so many bbq's and birthdays I found it so hard. I got my self back on track 5 or 6 days ago!!! I am very happy to be back to it again :happy:

It is very hard to do but you have made a step in the right direction. I did really well for 5 months and then summer hit and everything went out the window.
