Disney parks are so much better than any of the typical Amusement Park like Great America or Six Flags. For one they are always being cleaned.

Both are great. Disney World is much bigger. If you stay on property, you can get into the parks earlier. Figure out which rides you want to ride the most. Head straight for the Fast pass ticket. Don't stress about it. Metabolism may slow due to stress. Sometimes just a short walk after dinner will ease stress and be enough to kick start your metabolism.

the 3500 is a guideline, everybody is different. Need to eat a balanced diet to be healthy.

when recuperating you may need more protein. I suggest peanut butter or sunflower butter before bed. one or two tablespoons. I bet you sleep better.

One pound is equivalent to approx. 3500 calories. Your goal should not exceed 1 pound a week. So being down 500 calories per day from your base rate + exercise calories - calories consumed . If you want to lose 2 pounds then 1000 per day. Which would mean quite a bit of exercise.…

Love the Wii Fit Plus with the balance board. Particularly the games: Snow Ball Fight, Big Top Juggling, Soccer Head Butting are my favorites. Sometimes I do the yoga, it is great for learning proper form.

138 minutes of "Wii Fit exercise. Have completed all meals and still have 1000 calories left. Think I will have a dessert.
