I started to buy after all my clothes started to feel/look really baggy on me and people started to comment. I just went thru the same thing, just did my first Boot Camp and i was sore for the next 4 days. I resorted to Tylenol and on the second day Icy Hot just for the pain. Both helped but really it just took some time to get over. I just did my second boot camp and now im not sore as much, I havent tried glutamine but people…

I was at 43 lost (in a little less than 3 months) but now 38 (at three months) but back on track. I think today i will be at 40 again. Hopefully to get to my goal within 2 to 3 months @ 75 lost. Hard work paying off. Feeling better and way motivated than i ever was!

I have been doing the ellipitical for 30 min a day and also watching what i eat and have lost 32 lbs in 76 days. I agree that its what you put into it. I see people ***** about ellipiticals but its because they dont put any resistance and incline. Love them since i hate to run.
