Awesome job on the weight loss. Clearly you weren't starving yourself so what's the problem? I don't know why people just can't congratulate people. Everyone has their own ways of losing weight. What might work for some may not work for others. Keep up the good work. Don't let what anyone says discourage your journey. :p

Awesome job on your weight loss. You look Great!! Thank you for sharing how you lost it. I've been stuck at a plateau for 3 months. I eat 1300 calories a day, workout 5-6 days a week and cant lose anything at all.. I just started upping my calories 2 days ago. We will see how that works. Thanks again for the info.. :)

Promised myself I would start the 30 Day Shred June 1st. It is now 12:30am. I don't feel like doing it but I`m going to get my hiney up and do it. If I keep putting it off I will never start it. Received the DVD in the mail yesterday. Was busy all day now its fricking 12am. I so don't want to start the shred but I promised myself I would do this. Plus its only 20 minutes.. If I keep putting it off I'll never do it..

I am also one of those that is rarely ever hungry. You may look at my size and think I eat eat eat but that isn't the case.. Yayyyy Congrats that is the best feeling EVER... I did 2 rounds of chemo a year each for Lupus and was sooo excited when they said it was my last one.. Again, so excited for you... :)

I bought a size 14 skirt about 4 years ago (I haven't been a size 14 in 15+ years). I bought it for about 4.00 at a going out of business sale it was 95% off. My goal as of now is to fit into that skirt.

Haven't started yet but plan to in 2 days. I've seen many before and after pictures and they are very inspirational. I'm excited to start I know its going to be challenging but I'm up to it. I have 1 too many stomachs and trying to get rid of one of them hahaha. :) Feel free to add me.
