You are all doing fantastic! Here was my wake up picture 323lbs 48+% body fat...summer 2010
I have lost about 140lbs by slowly removing processed foods, staying within my calories, keeping my carbs on the low end and the carbs I do have come from brown rice or fruit, working my butt off in the gym every day doing either cardio or strength training with my trainer. And most importantly, YOU MUST BE CONSISTENT!!! This journey takes dedication day in and day out whether you feel like it or not...and your body doesn't care if you "don't have time" changes won't happen unless you make time. If you want something bad enough you will find a way to make it happen.
This was me at me Spartan race on Saturday at 184lbs and about 27% body fat (I'm in orange)

340+ to about 208 - doing a lot of weight training and that has helped with toning A LOT!

I don't know how much I've lost in actual total, but I know I've lost 56lbs since I started weighing myself. I can guess at how much I've lost overall, but whatever. I got down to about 130lbs sometime last year and was relatively happy with that for a while and just maintained, though I decided to start losing again around June.
You're so cute! Great job!0 -
I'm still not comfortable enough with photos to post them, but FANTASTIC job everyone! Very inspiring!0
