  • From what I have been told it is not healthy to be at anything under 1200 calories a day. This could be the reason why your not seeing a change, your body is starving and burning up any energy you do have just functioning. Try upping your calorie intake and see if that helps.
  • I always log my hard core cleaning, in other words scrubbing the bathroom from top to bottom while sweating the whole time, and vacuuming the whole house, as "light cleaning" I would rather take TOO little calories for those Non-Normal things than to cheat myself. :)
  • I have an 8 year old and a 4 year old, both are home right now since school is out for the summer! My Days are NUTS right now, but I too would like some motivation to keep on track :)

  • I have it as well, and while I didn't get into it at first, after playing it last night with my 3 year old I noticed how much I was sweating and still enjoying myself! I like that they have the "sweat" feature on it, and it is something my kids can do with me and I don't feel like they are in the way!
