I actually do cook with olive oil, just for the calories. This is just turning into a nightmare because I am just not hungry, not even remotely peckish!! I eat normal foods (mashed potatoes, rice, bread) and factor in their calories and still not hungry enough to meet the exercise cals

Thanks girl, It is soooo humiliating to go to the gym wearing 2 sports bras just to hold them in. Don't exactly want the breasts I had at 17 (well I do but a little unrealistic) but a little bit of lift and perky would be nice!! Thanks again, couldn't do it without you :smile:

Go ahead and do the smoothies, and maybe broth like soups until your mouth feels good enuff to open. You probably wont get your full 1500 calories, but at least you will get something. Try sipping smoothies, soups and maybe green tea until you are able to eat the pudding and applesauce. Hope you get to feeling better.…
