HOW DARE YOU!! I eat peanut butter on toast EVERY day :) Nothing wrong with it. If you can make it fit into your calorie goal while hitting you target protein and fat numbers, then go for it.

The nutrition label will most likely give you stats for the food before it's cooked. So try to weigh it raw.

You don't have to stop snacking after dinner. I eat RIGHT before I go to bed, because I'm usually hungry then. Save some extra calories so that you can snack after dinner. When you hear people say, "Eating past 7pm will make you gain weight!!" ...........Don't listen to them, it's a myth.

This is hilarious. You make such a good point. Whenever taking before/after pics, I make sure that I'm wearing the SAME outfit, standing in the same location, same stance, same lighting, use the same camera AND make sure the camera is the same distance away from me as it was when the original pic was taken. You shouldn't bother with fad diets that are gonna leave you miserable and hungry. Eat under your calorie goal and you'll lose weight just fine, and it will be more healthy for you. And this may sound really rude....but you'll usually notice those that go on these extreme diets are the ones who are over weight and/or not…

I drink diet soda and I agree that it helps keep me feeling full. However, there is nothing wrong with eating late at night as long as you're within your calorie goal. I usually have a snack RIGHT before I go to bed. I eat the majority of my calories in the evenings. If I am extra hungry, and don't have any calories left…

100 calories isn't that much. Just continue to make room for it in your day and enjoy! Unless money really is the issue, then that's a different matter. Nothing wrong with having it if it fits into your goals! NOM NOM!

The only time I ever bought kale was when I had an iguana to feed it to. I personally think it's disgusting. I know a lot of people blend it up into their smoothies! I'm sure you could google some kale smoothie recipes.
