^^Not entirely sure. Did you read the full article? It's not capable of doing certain foods yet...but it's a step in the right direction. Maybe in a few years time it will be perfected.

Eat a bit less during the day so you have extra calories in the evening. Or get in a workout so you earn some extra calories for the day and enjoy your ice cream!

7. At least. Probably more. I work out of a truck so we get fast food almost every day for lunch. Then the bf and I go out for dinner a couple times a week usually. I should buy a lunch box so I can save some money.

Vegan Bacon, obviously. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GXhJPey3i_A

As long as you're eating at a deficit (staying under your calorie goal), you will see a loss. You actually don't need to work out at all to see a loss, just stay under your calorie goal. Though working out is definitely beneficial. If you want to cut out the cardio, you will be fine.

Ravens. But I don't give a single *kitten* about football. I usually root for whichever team my friends are rooting against.
-
Yes. If you do it right. Get a food scale to ensure that you're accurately logging and make sure you don't over estimate your calorie burns so you don't give yourself too many extra calories.

When I'm outside at work having a cigarette break...and a customer walks up and starts asking me questions. Go into the freakin front desk and ask your questions, I'm on break!

If by "silly" you mean "fu(king stupid", then yes, it really is.
-
I climb rocks BECAUSE I'm scared of heights. Helps me to get over that fear. It terrifies the fu(k outta me but then I feel so awesome once I'm at the top.

^This ^And that Food scale > measuring cup The estimates that MFP gives for how many calories you burn is an over estimate in my opinion. I would shave off 100-200 of what MFP tells you, or get a heart rate monitor if you want to spend the money. I greatly rely on my Polar FT7. Good luck. ETA: When you did your TDEE…

You don't have to cut out alcohol. I drank throughout all my weight loss and did just fine. You either need to drink less, or make up for your drinking days with a killer workout that day or the next. I like going for a looooong hike on days that I wanna drink. Evens out all the extra calories.
-
I would just get an HRM with a chest strap and make the strap tighter so it stays in place. Love my Polar FT7. I've used it throughout the majority of my weight loss. I always "eat back exercise calories" that I earn, and I've lost weight steadily and consistently.

Unless she raped him, he should help pay for the child as well. From what you've said, it looks like he should be helping.

You're probably still at a deficit, so you will still lose weight. If it's that hard for you to stay under your calorie goal during your period...then try switching your settings to maintenance during that time of the month. That way you can eat more, and you'll still know that you won't gain weight.
-
I'm really nor trying to be sarcastic. Pot helps me a TON during my period.

Maybe they go to the gym straight after work and already have the makeup on.... Maybe they are hoping to pick up a guy at the gym and are wearing water proof makeup.... If it doesn't hinder your workout, I wouldn't worry about it.

The nutrition label on the package will usually tell you if the info is for precooked or cooked weight.

I love bread. I could eat bread completely by itself and I'd still find it delicious. Nothing can replace bread! But this actually looks pretty yummy, I think I'll try it, good idea!

lol, i like you.

Look at old fat pics of myself.

block.

With that pic....you get more than a 10 my dear

lul.

I get a little insane at times as well and think WAY too much into things like this. As long as you're not eating out every day/every meal....the little indiscrepancies (TIL that "indiscrepancies" isn't actually a word, hm), shouldn't hurt your progress. You gotta just try to let it go sometimes and enjoy special occasions.
-
Sounds like you have a good plan in place. Good luck! Move + portion control and I bet you'll be just fine :)

Look up "You Are Your Own Gym"

When I finally decided to buckle down and be consistent, my boyfriend at the time had a negative reaction. He told me that my calorie counting was "annoying." I later found out that it was because he thought, (direct quote), "You're gonna get all hot and leave me." Not sure if this is similar to what you're experiencing,…
