This would be really interesting to play around with and see how it works. Whenever I go to a restaurant that isn't a national chain, they usually don't have nutritional info which makes it harder to log. This sounds amazing. In a few years time it'll probably be even more accurate.

How would it be able to to tell the difference between a cake with wheat flour and a cake made with rice flour, especially if identical in look?0

^^Not entirely sure. Did you read the full article? It's not capable of doing certain foods yet...but it's a step in the right direction. Maybe in a few years time it will be perfected.0
