I started his yoga 12 moves a few months ago. I usually do it 5 or 6 times a week. I also started to do resistance bands a couple times a week. I use YouTube videos

I finished W6D3 today and the last few minutes were a struggle. Will repeat W6 and hopefully the D3 run will go smoothly next time. Last weeks 20 minute run was a struggle at the very end. This week I had no problem with the first 20 minutes. I rather take my time and complete the program than rush it and give up.

Hi MyTyme2, just give it some time and your husband might come around. After seeing my results my husband is totally on board with trying to eat healthier. He has always been active so that was not a problem, just unhealthy snacking.

If you go over just shake it off. Tomorrow is a new day, no good will come from dwelling on it. Last week before I went I did an extra set of exercising to give me a buffer.
