The tortilla itself could easily be 250-300 calories, then add in the fillings and 900 calories doesn't sound so absurd. I'm guessing you could knock off maybe 150-200 calories for the cheese, but I'm unsure. Now you know for the future. :)

I do use a food scale. Yes, I did not log on Sunday because it was a free day, but I did not go overboard...at least I don't think. I'm usually quite consistent. Thank you for the advice, I appreciate it. :)

Yes, it was pretty steady every week. I may have had a few weeks where there wasn't a loss, but it wasn't very many.

I just read an article by Chris and Heidi Powell and they say 1000 calories over your usual every day amount, but to stay away from trigger foods that will cause you to binge. :)

The swimming wouldn't be a problem, it's the getting from the chair to the pool to the chair. It would be tough to do without a lift. Later down the road when she is closer to her weight goal it might not be an issue.

Muscle does not weigh more than fat. Muscle and fat differ in density but a pound is a pound. A pound of butter does not weigh any less than a pound of broccoli. Edited because I forgot to add this - Don't freak out. Your weight will fluctuate. As long as you are eating good and working out you'll get there. ;)
