Good poundage lost but was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer this afternoon - I am not giving up on my weight loss, my faith, my hope, my attitude. I am a fighter and I am pissed off

  Stay strong Jay. There's a reason you have been successful losing weight recently and you'll find out why as you battle cancer. Keep a positive attitude.
