I have the same issue. I know when I've caved too often...migraine appears!

I work out at 530. I have half a banana and 1/2 tbsp of nut butter (or 8 nuts). It fits in my macros for the day. I have worked out fasted and my energy isn't as good. I lift weights and then 30 mins of cardio.

I think my activity level is set properly. I set it at lightly active, due to the fact that I walk most of the day at work. I do work out for around an hour and 15 minutes 5-6 days a week, should i be setting it higher? My goal calories are 1690, and I don't eat back my workout calories.

I am currently strength training and doing some cardio 3-4 times a week. I am not in a rush to lose due to the fact that I want to be able to maintain for a long time (forever!)…

Right? I had a friend that said that's how she lost all her pregnancy weight, by doing crunches! I believed her then when I was less knowledgeable on the subject. Now I laugh about it!
