  • I have a lot of stomach complications (which have effected my eating over the past 6 years) and when I lost 40lbs from it and got to my lowest point at 110lbs a few years ago, people constantly made skeleton jokes, anorexic jokes, so on and so forth- all with the knowledge that I was actually very sick. I am 125-130 now…
  • I have never and still never drink soda, except on rare occasions. Just never liked it! But in general I don't eat or drink anything with artificial sweeteners. Personal preference.
  • Unfortunately no. Everyone's body is different and everyone sheds fat differently. You can target the areas you want to tone up with a focused weight training plan. The muscle definition will show with the more fat you lose.

It was my…

I typically do tap into those calories, but always have some left over. I personally don't allow myself to really overthink or obsess over every single calorie I am eating, I just try to…
  • Low-fat granola and fresh (or frozen) berries. Make my own "parfait" every morning. I love the frozen Welch's Mixed Berry Blend. So good and there is never any question of getting a poor pick and they don't go bad in a week. :)
  • Peanut butter chocolate Zone Bars for me :)
  • Chobani and Oikos....still haven't tried Fage myself.
  • EAS Chocolate Soy Protein. I like it, although I haven't tried many others to compare.
  • 45-50 or so grams of protein per day is ideal for an average woman. I have been a vegetarian for over a year and I eat around 50-65g (leaning towards the higher end when I am working out) per day between raw almonds, greek yogurt, cheese, whole grains, peanut butter, beans, chick peas, hummus, tofu and other soy subs, etc…
