Maybe a little over critical on yourself? Looking at the profile pic you have you cant see a problem. Only way is either surgery or get the body fat % down and hope they go away (although from your pic your doing fine overall already). Since it runs in the family, think it would just be easier to accept them and move on.

Anytime Fitness in El Mirage, as well as home (whole front room converted into a workout area). and to XianC, 4am is a great time to go. Should have the whole place to yourself. I normally go to the mine at 2am when I go. Like having a private gym.

Balance I would think. In the military they built up our strength and also had some cardio endurance in the mix. Didnt need the large packed on muscle, but you got strong just doing daily actiities.
