I continue to post everyday exactly what I eat. Even if being bad. I only weigh once a week. I average the calories I ate for a week. the first time I tried Blue Diamond Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk....it took awhile to even taste it. It just didn't seem right. I tried it with my cheerios and was very pleasantly surprized. It's yummy! Be brave, taste it. It's good!

I use the Krusteez pancake mix. I add protein powder (Ray Robb Whey Vanilla Protein). It makes my pancake have lots of protein and it sticks with me for a long time. I put it in oatmeal, too. Enjoy your pancakes.

I am considering bariatric surgery. My doctor referred me to a Bariatric Surgeon. Just today I started a 12 week nutrition class preparing me to make an educated choice between not having the surgery, Bypass, Sleeve, or LapBand. There is so much to consider.
