    Thank you for posting this, I have been stressing lately about my scale not moving, but the inches are still going down.
    Nice to know that you lost almost the same amount as me and the weight loss is so apparent!

    I need new goals for this year beyond the 7lbs to reach my goal weight. Any ideas? Ideally sports or fitness related. I'm currently training for a marathon and can't wait to reintroduce variety!

    I think you'd be good as a coach for newbie runners. Or holding a runners club. You definitely know your stuff when it comes to those exercise shy and those who would love to run but have no idea where or how to start!
