Lets just say its been a long road with many highs and many lows..i started this journey in march 2010 at 305lbs..and now two years later im down to 193 and am not at my goal yet but i know i will be there this year! Just found this pic recently and almost cried because i didnt realize how huge i had become...heres to never going back!
