I think that's great! Incorporating weight resistance training and cardio like you have been doing these past 2 weeks will make your body a more efficient fat burning machine. In the long haul you will be lean and firm.

Abductor and Adductor Machine

I used to have that. The pain was down butt and groin area, down the back of my leg to my foot. Drove me crazy at times. With me I started using the Abductor and Adductor Machine and It went away. Give it a shot.

In other words. If I'm at a caloric deficit of 300 cals. My body take stored fat and burns it as a carb. So knowing this it's okay to go less on carbs and more on something else? That means stored body fat is burned as a carb? Or is it more than that?

I think the only bad thing about running is the impact it has on the knees. Many people that I know including myself often struggle with knee pain. Other than that I think running is great. I would say just do some upper body toning and work on your flexabilty while eating at a caloric defict untill you drop some weight. Then gradually incorporate some lower body cardio once you dropped some weight and knees are able to. Good luck!

Even thou outside is much harder I use the treadmill because of my knees. It's softer and has less impact then the pavement.
