there is no real set amount. I do an hour a day of something physical....why I'm against counting housework/general activity as calories burned. If your rollerskating and enjoy it, better

have to remember the best weight loss takes time....lifestyle adjustment. As humans we always look for the quick fix. Its rather easy to say I'll eat 1000 cals till I hit my weight...crunch time for a few weeks/months. If you change the way you eat and your activity level it'll fall off you!

my suggestion, if you want to cut calories...limit your eating out...simple their portions are to fill...not to lose weight...sure there are healthy choice restaurants....but you can easily find yourself at the end of a 800 calorie healthy dinner, with little numbers left over. Home cooked meals are the best, applebees is…

Yup believe it or not, as a weight lifter I get them in the back of my calves. As guys we like lots of veins, sounds weird yes I know, but it increases the overall look of our size. I have two running down the middle of each calf. If its a concern, make sure you have the best running shoes possible to minimize impact, best…

My suggestion comes down to your fitness and heart condition. Still a young guy so when I know my gym will be hot I'll do my cardio with a hoodie and shorts. Sweating can be good for the body and provides a great workout. The amount of clothes and the use of energy drinks comes down to heart condition and fitness in my…

Its great to set a running goal. I've come from 207 to 167 with a 6:30 mile, 13 2 mile. Still want to hit the 6 min mark. Just watch running on the knees. I run once every two weeks, light job every so often. You'll do great

Its something that's not really worth counting...ever since my weightloss I've stayed away from alcohol except for special occasions. Its way too many calories, and hangovers start to hurt more
-
It recommends 2300 for me, considering I work out nearly everyday I keep it at 1700 to reduce body fat and keep improving

Shooting this ? for the guys, lost about 40 pounds, down from 207 to 167. Noticed in the last three weeks I have gained 4 pounds back. I know certain things like water and muscle can increase your weight. I've greatly changed my workout routine from 600 cardio calories to 200, and 50 minutes of weights 5 times a week.…

I've lost about 40 pounds via this site and another similar. My rules were simple, exercise, eat balanced, and don't do anything that cannot be maintained for life (fad diets, diet products, weight lifting products etc). Did all my muscle building completely natural, only protein was from food. Not a supplment kind of guy.…

If your at a gym...best inner thigh workouts are abductor style machines mixed with good cardio. With arms you should do the whole arm as to insure you don't injure. My wife worries about "bat wings" so I take her with me on my arm days and keep her workout light. Good cardio will take any fat off
-
Like stated above I wouldn't count it in the exercise...most of us are on our feet all day at work. To stay safe for calories, count the ones your burn by real exercise...the results will come through much better without questions
-
Just look at how much you workout and the intensity. I find myself in a similar situation. My body type allows me to gain and lose weight very fast. So i'm always conscious of my caloric intake. I'm at the gym about 5 nights per week for an hour, 15 min bein cardio. I have noticed a large change in my hunger. Not the…

see I heard that breakfast will get the metabolism going not necessarily exercise. The wonderful world of exercise & diet...so many differences
-
also with more thought...if you do crunches or weights you'll actually appear or have your clothes fit the same or bigger...had that with my abs for quite a while
-
meh sounds like a scam...gym and healthy eating...you'll do great
-
it'll sound crazy at first but diet pills are no different then other drugs in the stim category....basically like picking up a coke habit (except for the legal issues  )
-
My bet is your body is in ketosis...I had a similar experience in my weightloss. There are tests you can get to tell if it is infact in that state. If so, great, your in weightloss mode :)
-
Its a stimulant, I do work with substances and their effects....its ok to have mild stimulants, just dont' get too involved, as when you quit it'll slow your metabolism back down. Stimulants are good randomly (specifically energy drinks/coffee) to push a healthy body to a new level in a workout, and try to obtain that…

It could be weight loss of water or something else within the body. Weightloss is never text book, any change on the scale is a good thing. Also different times of day, different scales, and whether or not you've moved the bowels can change the weight. SOunds crazy

might be entertaining to see someone sleep with one on!

absolutely not....my job is addictions work so those guys I hold quite close....lots of issues with them. Many are synthetic amphetamines, simply speed up your metabolism and body. Huge issues with working out and heart rate. If they are from the hoodia family, your simply starving yourself. Scary how a doctor would…

everyone will post opinions on the best exercise time...there is a pretty even split between the morning and evening exercise groups. I'm with the evening for a couple reasons. Never felt it was good to workout hard when you've just started your day, evenings allow for the body to be warmed up. Yes streteching can help in…
-
good work...watch steaks though..surprisingly high calories but good for protein none the less
-
THere is just so much info going around, i'm a simple person and wanted life long change...Real exercise and a real meal plan (no fads) works best....motivation is the real killer to get!
-
The body self regulates and cleans just fine....watch your diet and don't put the junk in there that could cause damage....watch what you eat and exercise....your body will do amazing
-
I've been scanning for the forums for a while and find good and bad advice, like anything. Dropped over 60 lbs myself and i'll provide a couple tips that worked for me. - Hit the gym or exercise (vital). When I started I wasn't going at all, now I try to go a few times a week, even for 20 minutes. - Use a weight loss site…

Topics like this are how the health food industry keeps afloat...watch your eating do a little exercise and you can drop a few pounds in time....the reliance of humans on quick fixes is crazy...

Really look into your diet. Things like sauces, butter, even portions may be off. Food additives such as sauces and oils add way too many calories. Your body may also just have to get use to the diet shock

Might be my opinion, I feel that evening is the best 7ish to be specific. Always felt that the body shouldn't be jolted too much in the morning. Through my own experience I have never been able to perform exercise in the morning to the same capacity as in the evening, even with the use of an energy drink.
