Okay so the higher the number on the tension button is better? I burn less on the elliptical from what the machine says but my legs always feel like jello after being on the treadmill...so the higher the tension the more work it is?

Thanks I was sooo nervous going out this weekend..Im super proud of the lil accomplishment I have made in this first week Id hate to mess it up for just a few hours out..Im on a Mission! lol I will be asking for a voda and soda water with a slice of lemon this saturday with my girls...Thanks a bunch everyone :drinker:

Im short and Well my Dr. told me also, No LESS than 1000 and No MORE than 1300, When I get hungry I eat a snack that wont exceed 1300..Plus I love that lil excerise feature that after you workout adds so many calories to your daily intake ;0) My advice eat a healthy snack if your really hungry :flowerforyou:

Yea that freaks me out also (fteale comment)...Im curious to know if there is a huge difference. Ive Never counted calories and/or worked out in my life but recently have started.
