I laugh when my husband does this to me...but do we always take things so literal. Obviously, she didn't just eat lettuce...I'm sure that's what it feels like. I known the feeling, I've been on restrictive diet that left me so starved I had no idea if I even ate.

I agree. The lines on 2 and 3 are better. Four would work if you get it tailored just a little...otherwise I like that one too. 3 is the best out of those mentioned.

If you're running over on your carb count, figure out which protein you can add to balance your meal. I like avocado and quinoa...but there are plenty of choices. I find pinto beans , avocado, and pico de gallo an especially fun mix. Vary it up.
